I am happy to say that we are “business as usual” and will continue to be so for the foreseeable future.
The first thing on the menu is Tuesday’s (20 October) Guest Hour – many thanks to Penny Maddison and Sheree Dohnt for offering to do a critique session – details about this are
in this Newsletter so please be sure to read it.
Next is the Christmas Party on Tuesday 17 November – we will have an entertainer and also our own ideas to entertain you with prizes galore so again, please check out the ad in this
Newsletter.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Jane Zandi and the previous Committee for all theirhard work and innovation over the last 3 years. It’s been back to school for the elders past as we negotiate our way around Monday, Xero, Stripe and other systems installed, and I have to say the advantage of having them is obvious. They are straight forward and logical systems and if I
can get to grips with them, anyone can.
Thank you also to our new Committee – we have a great mix of new and previous members who you will be introduced to you in this Newsletter and at future meetings.
Thank you also to you, the members, for your support and faith in the Society and we will do our very best to continue to provide opportunities, learning and delight in the watercolour medium. Happy painting!
