Hello everyone
Firstly, apologies for my absences recently – the delights of ageing and then Covid finally caught up with my husband and I– and I have to say a huge thank you to Jane Zandi for doing such a great job at the last meeting. My absence this month was at least planned and I am loving visiting my family in the UK after a four year wait due to the pandemic!
Have to say I was so annoyed to miss the Watercolour Weekend Fair but by all accounts, it went very well and once again, our hard-working Committee and wonderful members stepped up to make it an enjoyable event for all. A survey form will be sent out to those who took part to see if we should rest that event for a couple of years or continue with it – or come up with something else!
Initial plans are under way for our third International Watercolour Exhibition next year but there are likely to be some changes for this one – especially as far as the venue is concerned – but you’ll have to wait for the meeting on 16th May to find out about it!
