As we shift gears towards a very busy time with the International Exhibition closely followed by the Annual Awards Exhibition, if you hear of a member needing help to submit paintings or some other issue, please offer help. We, as an organisation and our medium all grow when we support each other, how and where we can.
Thank you to Polla for taking the lead last general meeting. This shows depth within our society and that is a very good thing.
Penny Maddison’s “Think like an artist” coaching sessions are proving popular and she is running more. Please speak to her at the meeting if you are interested in booking into her next session.
We will be running another morning tea for friends of the society again. Friends, please keep an eye out for this invitation. This is an opportunity to give feedback and recommendations to the committee about how things are going for you as a friend. I hope you are all enjoying this busy patch as we paint toward the International and then take a breath and the Annual Awards
