Sue Hibbert will be conducting a “Tuscan Hills” workshop on Saturday 4 April, 2020
This workshop will introduce techniques for expressing atmosphere and mood in your watercolour paintings. Step by Step demonstrations will guide you through the painting process and emphasis will be on planning, composition using thumbnail sketches and colour studies.

Time: 1000 – 1600hrs
Place: The Moores Building, Henry Street, Fremantle – where the exhibition is being held. Upstairs in Studio 4.

Paper: Arches 300 gsm rough paper 2 x ½ sheet size
Paints: Cobalt Blue, Ultramarine Blue, Cerulean Blue, Alizarin Crimson, Yellow Ochre, Lemon yellow, Naples yellow, Burnt Sienna, White Gouache.
Brushes: Hake 1 1/2inch, Oval wash brush size 8 or Mop size 4, Rigger, Round size 6
Palette: with plenty of mixing areas and lid/wells to hold fresh paint
Notes & Sketches: A5 Spiral bound watercolour sketch book
Coreflute Board 5mm: Bunnings
Pencil: 2B Pencil, sharpener, soft eraser
Misc: Water Jar, tissues, old towel to cover table, masking tape (25mm), Small water jar, water spray bottle, Easel (optional)
