 Although Linda aways showed an aptitude for drawing and painting, it wasn't until 1991 that she re-discovered a childhood interest in watercolour painting.
By attending various courses, workshops and demonstrations her skills improved quickly. In 1993 she first became a member of the Watercolour Society of WA. Over the subsequent years she participated in numerous local exhibitions including those of the Watercolour Society, Hale School, Methodist Ladies' College, Wesley College, La Salle College, the Van Hall Gallery, the Miller Gallery as well as an exhibition in Nagoya, Japan. Her works were purchased for collections across Australia as well as the USA, the United Kingdom, Japan and Singapore. After a lull in exhibiting for some years, she rejoined the Watercolour Society in 2008 and has recently recommenced showing her work. In 2008 she was joint runner-up in the Watercolour Society's Annual Awards Exhibition.
